Lupe Voss
Lupe’s enthusiasm and unparalleled technical abilities are responsible for her successful rise as one of the most desirable colour educators within the Aveda Network. As an educator, mentor and training consultant for Aveda distribution, her reputation for excellence spans the globe.
Lupe began her career as an educator through the Aveda Purefessional program and has trained directly with Aveda Artistic Director David Adams. She is known for her technical acumen and her “real-life” classroom style. She has a passion for learning and a heartfelt desire to make learning fun.
The demand for her time and training has grown exponentially and is now extending her education influence in Aveda’s Advance Academy Classes. A gifted educator, a world-class colourist and a truly warm and caring individual, Lupe epitomizes the true spirit of Aveda Education. ...

Leah’s role at Julian August since 2008 is in the business area of the salon. She is one of our coordinators making sure you are set with all of your appointment needs.
Leah is currently furthering her education at Cal Stare Fullerton and working toward her Major in Kinesiology.
In her free time she enjoys photography, Running and Grilled Cheese Sandwiches.

Mandy has been on the Julian August Team since 2008. As a coordinator, She is the “go to” person when calling for your appointments.
Mandy is currently enrolled at Crafton Hills Community College and is working towards her AA.
In her spare time, she enjoys wine, knitting and long walks on the beach…not to mention Reality TV.

Chelsea Nielsen
Chelsea has been in the industry for four years. What she like best about being a stylist is she gets to enhance peoples natural beauty. Chelsea also enjoys working for Julian August Salon and Aveda because they believe in keeping our earth clean and making the world a better place by giving back to the people in it.
One of her favorite pastimes are her trips with Lupe to the New York Advance Academy, she regards these trips as invaluable sources of information.

Tish Barrera
Tisha has been working at Julian August Salon for 3 years.
Tisha loves being in an environment where we are allowed to be creative in her craft.
Her mission is to inspire others with her creativity and educate them with Aveda’s mission to become an advocate for our planet earth. She believes strongly that Julian August Salon has molded her into being the best stylist she can possibly be.
The salon believes education is the key to becoming successful at what you do.
Tisha goal is to attend the University of Redlands to obtain her credentials in Art and Education.
